RETURN POLICY

- Please inspect item upon receiving it for any defects. 𝗗𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝟯 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺.

- While I hope that you love your stuff, I know that sometimes things just don't work out. 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗴𝗹𝗮𝗱𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝟭𝟬 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗿 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗸𝘂𝗽 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. There will be no exceptions to this timeframe.

- Local Pickup: Your return window will start the day that the package was placed in the pickup bin.

- You may exchange or return the item for store credit. No cash refunds will be given at anytime. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Package must be postmarked by day 10.

- Items must be returned in original state and must be unworn, unwashed, free of any odors (no smoke, pet odors), free of any pet hair.

- To return an item or report a defect, simply email styleandgracebtque@gmail.com.

- Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

- Any and all SALE items are considered final sale. This includes any “percentage off” sales, items listed under a sale tab or thread and mystery bags.

- PREORDERS are also considered final sale. 

- PLEASE NOTE: If you choose local pickup and do not pick your order up for 2 weeks, it is no longer eligible for return. Same with shipping, if you wait more than 10 days to open your package, it is no longer eligible for return.
