- Local Pickup: Your return window will start the day that the package was placed in the pickup bin.
- You may exchange or return the item for store credit. No cash refunds will be given at anytime. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Package must be postmarked by day 10.
- Items must be returned in original state and must be unworn, unwashed, free of any odors (no smoke, pet odors), free of any pet hair.
- To return an item or report a defect, simply email styleandgracebtque@gmail.com.
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
- Any and all SALE items are considered final sale. This includes any โpercentage offโ sales, items listed under a sale tab or thread and mystery bags.
- PREORDERS are also considered final sale.ย
- PLEASE NOTE: If you choose local pickup and do not pick your order up for 2 weeks, it is no longer eligible for return. Same with shipping, if you wait more than 10 days to open your package, it is no longer eligible for return.
